Professional cleaning coordinated between every stay. Prefer to use your own cleaner? No problem — we work with whoever you trust. Prefer to clean yourself? That works too — we'll coordinate around your schedule. We can also monitor household supplies and inventory between stays, helping track when essentials such as toilet paper, soaps, oils, condiments and other guest-use items are running low. Restocking can be coordinated where required. Supply costs are charged to the owner, and a procurement fee may apply.
If something needs attention during a stay, we handle it. We have an emergency contact network to help resolve issues as fast as possible. Prefer to use your own trusted contacts? We're happy to work with them too.

What We Need From You
- 01Linen & Laundry Setup
A minimum of two complete linen and towel sets for every bed and intended guest, clearly labelled by room and bed size. Three sets are recommended for additional turnover protection.
- 02Agreed Consumable Stock
Sufficient backup stock of the essentials you provide to guests, such as toilet paper, hand soap, bin liners, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and bathroom amenities.

We visit the property, walk through it with you and assess its potential. We'll share what we think it could earn, how we'd present it and what the management arrangement would look like.
We agree, then we build
Before anything goes live, we lock in a simple management agreement — covering our 15% fee, what's included, content ownership and a 14-day exit clause if either party ever needs it. No lock-in contracts. Then we get to work: photography, listing creation, platform setup and pricing strategy — all handled. Your property gets presented the way it deserves, built for bookings from day one. All content created by Villastays remains our intellectual property and may not be used independently if the arrangement ends.

Guests enquire, we respond. Bookings confirm, we coordinate cleaning, check-in and everything in between. You get a regular report and your earnings — we take care of the rest.
